1. Where is my Order? 

Kindly be aware that several of our products involve handmade procedures, which require time for production, resulting in a processing period of a few days.

Most orders are dispatched within 4-7 days of confirmation. Transit time post dispatch could vary between 2 - 7 working days depending on pin code. However, there might be delays beyond our control due to operational issues with the delivery partner.

Made to order products such as Original Art Canvases and Wall Plaques may take upto 14 days to dispatch.


2. I have not received an order confirmation despite money debited

In case you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your email spam folders.

Please reach out to us via email- oddtrunk@gmail.com with a payment screenshot and we will get back to you. We'd suggest you to wait for 24 hours post payment to ensure if the payment has got through our payment gateway, Instamojo. In case of a payment error, the amount debited will be credit back to your source account within a week.

 

3. Are you a reseller or do make your own products?

We are not a reseller and all our products are meticulously crafted and designed using our original illustrations in house.

 

4. Why can't I find some of the products listed on your Instagram page?

We are constantly changing our inventory and working on bringing in new products and improving them. Only the products listed on the website are currently available and ready to ship. You can check out our social media handles to be informed on new launches and limited edition collections.

 

5. I have received the wrong / damaged product

Incase you have received a wrong item or a defective product, it is on us. Please share us an image of the product received via email within 72 hours post delivery time. No reverse pickup or return required. You can keep the product, while we send you the right replacement or refund in case the item is not available.

 

6. Do you take bulk and custom orders?

Wholesale discounts are provided on bulk orders of over 50 units. For bulk/ wholesale queries please reach out to us via email at oddtrunk@gmail.com. Customisation is possible for bulk orders with a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces. Extra charges will be applicable for customisation.

 

7. What is the material used to make your products?

We use high-quality birchwood for our charms, magnets and wall plaques – the same material trusted for making children’s toys and furniture. Hence they come with a natural textured finish. Compared to the commonly used MDF, birchwood is sturdier, water-resistant, and has better aesthetics. The UV inks used for printing are vibrant, fade proof, and eco friendly. 

 

8. I would like to be a stockist

If you are interested in being a stockist, please reach out to us via email at oddtrunk@gmail.com with your store's details. However we limit our association with online only retailers and do not encourage online reselling of our products.
